We encourage all YBC audience members to allow us to contact them by post and e-mail. We will contact you only in connection with YBC concerts and your support of YBC. We will hold your details securely and will never disclose them to third parties.
If you would like to join our mailing list to receive occasional communications of this sort from YBC, please tell us, mentioning your postal and/or e-mail addresses as appropriate. Please also let us know if you wish to unsubscribe.
Cancellations and COVID-19
YBC retains the right to cancel all or part of the concert series including in the event of changes in government guidance e.g. around COVID-19. In the event of changes ticket holders will be contacted (via details provided at the time of booking) and offered a refund, part-refund of season ticket or the opportunity to exchange tickets.
